A Michigan City man was arrested, following a traffic stop in Plymouth Wednesday. Plymouth Police say they pulled over a vehicle near Walmart around 4:30 p.m.
After investigating, officers say they arrested the driver, Malcolm D. Smith, 34, for allegedly being in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
