More Students to Benefit from Plymouth Schools Partnership with Cultivate

Plymouth School Superintendent Andy Hartley informed school board members that even more students will soon benefit from the school corporation’s partnership with Cultivate.

He explained, “They’ve been providing fifty backpacks with six meals each and they’re nice insulated backpacks provide by that food rescue program out of South Bend.”

Hartley continued, “We’ve been distributing those to those in need in our elementary schools. They have fifty more that they’d like to add to what they’re contributing.”

Superintendent Hartley expressed his gratitude and noted why their connection with Cultivate is so important.


He shared, “We’re really thankful for that partnership. We’re going to look to include some other partners to help with that and just make sure our kids basic needs are met over the weekend.”
