The Bremen School Board accepted multiple monetary contributions from generous donors when members met for their January meeting.
There was $3,000 donated to the Food Service Department to assist students in need and $6,000 was donated to various Bremen Public School clubs and organizations.
Superintendent Dr. Jim White extended his appreciation to the donors.
He noted, “All of them wanted to remain anonymous but we really do appreciate them taking care of our students, especially those that want to pay off children’s lunch balances, that’s a very kind thing for them to do.”
Altogether, the donations totaled $9,000.
