Michigan Woman Found to be Over Two Times the Legal Limit for Alcohol during Bourbon Traffic Stop

A Sunday morning traffic stop in Bourbon led to the arrest of a woman from Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department reports that shortly after 4 a.m. on Sunday, December 8th, Deputy Blake Bennett conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of State Road 331 and 11 A Road.

The driver was identified at 24-year-old Symone Harley and was apparently found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Harley was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test which later showed her to be over two times the legal limit of alcohol.

She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more.
