The Plymouth Economic Development Commission, Board of Public Works and Safety and City Council will all hold meetings this evening.
The EDC is expected to hold a public hearing over the proposed financing of economic development revenue bonds for the Winona Building Products project. They’ll also receive a report related to the matter.
EDC members will meet at 5:30 p.m. and their meeting will be followed by the Plymouth Board of Works meeting at 6 p.m.
Board of Works members will open bids for the 2019 Community Crossings Matching Grant street and sidewalks projects. City Attorney Sean Surrisi will provide details about 400 E Jefferson Street, an executive order regarding the closure of Flora Street and a memo discussing small cell facilities.
Caring Cupboards representative Rebecca Palmer will also provide members with an update.
The City Council meeting will convene at 6:30 p.m. or immediately following the conclusion of the BOW meeting.
Members will consider amendments to the 2020 Salary Ordinance as well as an ordinance amending the fuel pricing policy for the Department of Aviation and a resolution to transfer money from the General Fund to the Rainy Day Fund.
Mayor Mark Senter will make an appointment to the Marshall County Unsafe Housing Committee, County Commission President Kevin Overymyer will discuss a proposed project that would extend Veterans Parkway and financing information for Winona Building Products will be up for approval.
Each meeting will take place in the council chambers located on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building at 124 North Michigan Street.
