Allegedly driving while under the influence of a controlled substance is what landed a Monterey man in the Marshall County Jail on Wednesday.
The Plymouth Police Department reports that around 4 p.m. on November 20th, a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of South Oak Drive and West Lake Avenue.
Following an investigation, 37-year-old Edward R. Rand Jr. was reportedly arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) on a controlled substance.
