Bremen School Board members approved a $500 donation earmarked for a specific project when they met last week.
Superintendent Dr. Jim White stated that the proposed project is still in very preliminary stages but noted that it has to do with the future addition of amenities.
Dr. White shared, “When the time is right and the opportunity presents itself, hopefully we’ll be able to place some restrooms out at our football field.”
He noted that the donation came from Ernie Coffel, a resident who has provided funds for this purpose in the past.
Dr. White said as of right now the project is pretty far away but additional contributions could help expedite the process.
