Two people were arrested for drug possession Tuesday night, after Plymouth Police got a report of a motorist slumped over in a vehicle. Officers say they responded to the Hacienda parking lot near U.S. 30 and Pioneer Drive around 10:50 p.m.
Police say the woman in the driver’s seat, Maeve Concannon, 23, of North Liberty, was arrested for allegedly being in possession of heroin. A man in the passenger’s seat, Danny Litteral, 59, of Plymouth, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a legend drug.
