A Rochester man is accused of battery with a deadly weapon, following an alleged incident in Plymouth Tuesday night. Plymouth Police were called to the 500 block of East Adams Street shortly before 9:30.
Officers believe that 31-year-old Ross Malott hit someone over the head with an object. He reportedly fled before officers got there, but was later taken into custody by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police and brought to the Marshall County Jail.
