The Plymouth School board held hearings over the 2020 budget, capital projects plan and bus replacement plan when members met last week.
The total budget estimate for 2020 is $36,335,077, with $20,370,626 listed in the education fund and $9,289,424 in the operations fund.
The hearings were all fairly brief, with no public comments provided. However, Corporation Business Manager and Treasurer Kandi Tinkey did note that she estimates the tax rates to come in lower than what was advertised.
The 2020 budget will be up for adoption when the school board meets on Tuesday, October 1st.
