A bicyclist who was allegedly interfering with traffic Friday evening wound up arrested by Plymouth Police.
According to authorities, around 10:50 p.m. on Friday, August 16th, a Plymouth Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a bicyclist on North Michigan Street near US 30 after it was apparently impeding traffic.
The bicyclist was identified as 31-year-old Richard Hopkins, of Plymouth, and he was reportedly arrested for possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
