Two Plymouth Residents Land in Marshall County Jail Following Separate Saturday Night Incidents

The Plymouth Police Department was kept busy this weekend resulting in multiple arrests, including two separate incidents that occurred within about a half an hour of each other Saturday Night.

Authorities report that around 9:30 p.m. on June 29th, officers were dispatched to a residence on Kingston Road for a domestic disturbance.

Police say a battery occurred and Cortnee L. Eggert was identified as the suspect. During the investigation Eggert resisted officers.

At approximately 10 p.m. officers responded to a report of a male subject that was causing a disturbance, who was reportedly lying in the road near the intersection of West Washington Street and Third Street.

Police located the male subject, Zachary Graham, near the intersection of West Washington Street and Second Street. He was arrested and incarcerated.

Both individuals were lodged at the Marshall County Jail. Eggert faces charges of domestic battery and resisting law enforcement while Graham faces a public intoxication charge.
