An arrest has been made, after a report of a stolen credit card. On June 16, a Culver-area resident told Marshall County Police that someone had stolen her credit card and then used it at Walmart in Plymouth.
Marshall and Fulton county police then began a joint investigation and identified the suspect as Timothy A. Stevens Jr., 38, He was located by Fulton County officers on Tuesday, July 2. Stevens was arrested on suspicion of the Level 6 felony of theft and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
