Plymouth Man Arrested Following Alleged Domestic Battery Incident

A Plymouth man faces multiple charges after police responded to a domestic incident early Sunday morning.

Shortly after 2:10 a.m. on June 30th, Plymouth Police were dispatched to a residence on North Michigan for a report of a domestic situation where a male apparently threatened to shoot the victim.

Officers arrived on the scene and it was later discovered that Miguel A. Lopez had allegedly battered the victim, criminally confined her and threatened to kill her.

Police say that Lopez was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was charged with domestic battery, intimidation and criminal confinement.
