Public nudity is what Plymouth Police say landed a 70-year-old man in jail Tuesday morning. Officers say shortly before 11:30 a.m., they got a report about “a male subject exposing himself,” in the area of Liberty Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
Police say they located the man, Randall G. Wade, of Plymouth, “who was still exposed” when they found him. Wade was reportedly taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
