A Plymouth man was lodged in the Marshall County Jail following a Friday evening traffic stop.
Shortly before 10 p.m. on June 28th, a Plymouth Police officer pulled over a moped in the 1000 block of North Plum Street. During the traffic stop the driver, 57-year-old Jorge Figueroa-Espinoza, was apparently found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
According to police, he also had an outstanding civil warrant through Marshall County.
Figueroa-Espinoza was reportedly lodged in MCJ for the outstanding warrant and Operating While Intoxicated.
