A Plymouth man was taken into custody last Monday after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of domestic battery.
Around 5:20 p.m. on Monday, June 3rd, authorities responded to an apparent domestic battery incident in the 1600 block of Pilgrim Lane. Police discovered that the victim at the scene had suffered minor injuries during the altercation.
The alleged offender, 23-year-old Alec Allen Mattke was located at his residence where he was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. The occurrence listed on the press release is strangulation.
