Around 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 1st, Plymouth Police received a suspicious person complaint.

Authorities report that they found 26-year-old Matthew V. Obrien, ‘passed out’ in front of the library. He was allegedly arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
