
An Argos woman was lodged in the Marshall County Jail following a Wednesday morning traffic stop.
According to authorities, around 3:15 a.m. on June 26th, Marshall County Officer Andrew Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a silver 2010 Land Rover in the area of US 31 and 13th Road.
The police report states that the driver was identified as 45-year-old Jannie L. Zehner and she was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Police say she was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test where she apparently showed to be almost two times the legal limit of alcohol.
Zehner was taken to the MCJ where she was processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.
Listeners are reminded that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
