A Plymouth Man was lodged in the Marshall County Jail after a Friday night traffic stop reportedly resulted in the discovery of multiple chargeable offenses.
Shortly before 10:40 p.m. on Friday, March 10th, Officer Andrew Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a silver 2005 Dodge passenger car in the area of Oak Road and 7B Road
According to a police report issued by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, the driver of the vehicle, 53-year-old George Michael Marshall, was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended-misdemeanor driving status.
Marshall was also allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance. Officers reportedly located methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia in his vehicle.
His blood alcohol level evidently showed to be close to two times the legal limit of alcohol and revealed that he had a controlled substance in his body.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
