Bremen Man Arrested After Allegedly Stealing Gasoline

A Bremen man who allegedly stole gas multiple times was taken into custody by Plymouth Police officers Saturday evening.

Authorities report that around 5:45 p.m. on May 4th, Plymouth Police were dispatched to Murphy Gas on North Oak Drive in reference to a male that had reportedly stolen gas on numerous occasions who was back at the pumps.

According to the police report, Officer Chad Beatty arrived as the male drove off without paying for fuel. The suspect was apparently stopped in the Showland Parking lot.

Police say James L. Rogers was taken into custody for driving while being a habitual traffic violator and theft of gas. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
