Those driving to Rochester may have to find another route for the next several weeks. Starting today, State Road 14 will be closed in Fulton County between County Roads 600 West and 500 West.
Crews will be replacing a box culvert, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation. The official detour uses State Road 17, State Road 110, and U.S. 31. INDOT expects State Road 14 to reopen by mid-May.
