A Plymouth woman was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on Tuesday after a traffic stop apparently uncovered a number of chargeable offenses.
According to authorities, around 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23rd Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that reportedly committed an infraction in the area of Plum and Adams Streets.
Police say the driver, 32-year-old Serena M. Lowe, was allegedly found to be in possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. The police report states that Lowe was also found to be operating while impaired by controlled substances.
Charges listed on the report include operating while intoxicated, operator never licensed and possession of a controlled substance.
