Bremen students will have the opportunity to continue learning even when inclement weather strikes in the 2019-2020 school year.
Superintendent Dr. Jim White said school board members took action last week to make some additions to their digital learning procedures.
He explained, “We are going to do two of the scheduled days that we have historically been doing for staff development and then the board approved up to five ‘on demand’ virtual snow days.”
Bremen School officials held a work session back in February to discuss this matter in greater detail. Dr. White previously shared that there was a lot of support from staff and parents who were on board with implementing virtual snow days in addition to the scheduled virtual learning days.
