Every year, businesses that have been granted tax abatements must submit CF-1 forms so officials can assess their compliance and determine whether or not to continue supplying the abatement.
When Bourbon Town Council members met last week, they reviewed the CF-1 forms for Harmony Leasing and Bates Real Estate Corporation.
Clerk-Treasurer Kim Berger explained that the companies were each given 10-year abatements in 2015.
Berger stated that both CF-1 forms were found to be in order and both companies will continue to receive their abatements.
