Argos community members are invited to attend a meeting over a potential opportunity to secure funding for proposed improvements at Pond Park.
The Argos Park Board plans to apply for the federally-funded Land and Water Conservation fund (LWCF) grant offered by the Department of Natural Resources.
A public meeting over the project and the grant application will be held on Thursday, April 18th at 5:30 p.m. Not only will this be an opportunity for people to find out more about the project, but it will give the public a chance to provide their input.
Next Thursday’s meeting will take place in Argos Town Hall, located at 201 West Walnut Streets.
