Two Anderson Residents Arrested on Heroin Charges Following Plymouth Traffic Stop

Plymouth Police arrested two Anderson residents Monday evening after heroin and other drug-related items were allegedly discovered during a traffic stop.

Authorities report that around 5 p.m. on Monday, February 4th, a vehicle was pulled over for a traffic infraction in the area of US 30 E. and Plymouth Goshen Trail.

The driver of the vehicle was determined to be 26-year-old Brandon J. Owens and a passenger was identified as 22-year-old Kasee C. Crocket. During the stop, syringes, paraphernalia and heroin were reportedly located inside the vehicle. Police also found that Crocket had a warrant out for her arrest.

Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail. The charges listed on the police report include possession of a syringe, possession of paraphernalia and possession of heroin.
