Two Plymouth residents were arrested following a traffic stop early Sunday morning. Marshall County Police say they got a report of a suspicious vehicle and pulled it over in the 10600 block of Tyler Road around 1:50 a.m.
Following an investigation, officers say they arrested Tyler Nicholas Southwell, 26, for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. Meanwhile, Brandon Michael Carpenter, 26, was arrested for allegedly operating while intoxicated.
