Bourbon Town Council Provides Approval for Community Egg Hunt

Bourbon officials finalized plans for a community egg hunt in April when they met last week.

Clerk-Treasurer Kim Berger went before the Council, asking for approval to host an egg hunt at the park that was previously hosted by the former Kiwanis Club for years. She asked that the town officials to consider becoming the new sponsor for the event.

According to notes provided by Clerk-Treasurer Berger, she explained it would cost approximately $400 and noted that it could be funded out of the parks activities budget.

Members provided approval for the event which will be held in the Bourbon Community Park on Saturday, April 20th.
