
The Plymouth Police Department made two arrests Wednesday evening following a traffic stop on Oak Road.
According to the officer’s narrative, a traffic stop was conducted around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 20th.
As result, the driver of the vehicle, 35-year-old K. Robert Gibbs, of Winamac, was reportedly incarcerated on charges of driving while suspended prior, possession of heroin and unlawful possession of a syringe.
The passenger of the vehicle, 27-year-old Derick Lehman, of Nappaneee, was apparently incarcerated for outstanding warrants.
