In order to promote healthy living in an informative and fun way, the Marshall County Neighborhood Center will be hosting a ‘Love Your Heart’ Health Fair tomorrow afternoon.
Attendees will have a chance to learn some heart-healthy recipes and even sample some of the goodies.
Additionally, if you’re a smoker who is looking to quit, you may want to swing by in order to get some helpful cessation tips from a ‘Quit Now’ representative.
The event will also feature a blood pressure clinic and dental health information will be available.
The Health Fair will be held at the Neighborhood Center on Wednesday, February 13th from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. A doctor will be on site to answer any questions that you may have.
