
No injuries were reported in the incident that caused a traffic stand still on State Road 17 shortly before 3 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 10th.
According to the Marshall County Dispatch Center, an initial call came in about a slide off near the curve on State Road 17, a few miles north of the SR 8 intersection.

The Marshall County Dispatch Center shared that many calls came in throughout the day. However, as of 6 p.m. ET Sunday night, no major injuries had been reported as a result of any of the incidents.
The Dispatcher on duty noted that US 31 is especially slick and they received multiple reports of slide-offs on that road, specifically in the Argos area.
When road conditions are snowy and icy, drivers are reminded to eliminate all distractions and to be especially cautious while traveling.
