Officials in the City of Plymouth are offering a warming center for residents who need a place to warm up during the dramatic cold weather that we’re experiencing.
In an announcement made on his social media page, Plymouth Mayor Mark Senter said if you’re unable to find a warm place to stay with friends or family you should contact the Plymouth Police Department and they will assist you. Plymouth PD can be reached at 574-936-2126.
The warming shelter will be located at the Conservation Clubhouse but residents will need to be let into the building. There will be cots and blankets provided and there are restroom facilities but no showers.
