A Plymouth resident wanted for burglary in Starke County was reportedly taken into custody Thursday afternoon. Plymouth Police say Kelley D. Rowe, 50, had an active burglary warrant out of Starke County.
Officers say they got information that Rowe had been seen seen in a vehicle in the Kroger parking lot. Police reportedly found the vehicle and arrested Rowe without incident.
