The Plymouth City Council has finalized appointments to the redevelopment commission and urban forestry and flower committee. Last month, council members appointed Mike Miley as redevelopment commission president, while Billy Ellinger was appointed commission secretary.
On the urban forestry and flower committee, Debbie Palmer was appointed to replace Mike Delp, while Steve Listenberger was reappointed.
