
A Culver man was arrested shortly after midnight on Saturday after a Marshall County Officer reportedly found drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.
According to authorities, around 12:20 a.m. on January 5th, Officer Andrew Wozniak noticed a silver 2004 Pontiac passenger car sitting in the 1st Source Bank parking lot in La Paz.
Wozniak conducted an investigation and his K9 partner indicated to the presence of narcotics. A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly led to the discovery of a methamphetamine pipe with meth residue.
Police report that 41-year-old Danny L. Steinke was taken to the Marshall County Jail and was processed for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
