The Town of Bourbon’s utility superintendent shared an update about the new department vehicle when members met for their first meeting of the year.
As a reminder, the Town Council members approved the purchase of a replacement utility truck back in August. When Utility Superintendent Steve Stacy requested the vehicle purchase, he noted that the estimated cost for the truck would be approximately $50,000.
During his report at Wednesday night’s town council meeting, Superintendent Stacy mentioned that that the new truck should be received by February 1st.
