Emergency railroad crossing repairs have a portion of 15th Road closed tonight. Marshall County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters says Norfolk Southern Railway is performing emergency repairs at the crossing between Thorn Road and Union Road. They hope to be done by 9:00 tonight.
