Bourbon residents still have time to sign up for the Town’s Christmas Decorating Contest! Interested individuals have until 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19th to enter.
Not only is this an opportunity to show off your holiday spirit, but participants also have the chance to secure some funds for Christmas shopping if their home is selected as one of the best-decorated.
Monetary prizes will be awarded to the top three best-decorated homes. The third place prize is $50, the second place prize is $75 and the first place winner will receive $100.
Clerk-Treasurer Kim Berger shared that the judging will take place on Thursday, December 20th so participants should be sure to have all their decorations out and lit that evening.
In order to have your address added to the list of homes to be judged, contact the Clerk-Treasurer’s office prior to the deadline by calling 574-342-4755.
