A Plymouth man has been arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Kelvin Torres Cardonas, 21, was taken into custody Thursday afternoon, according to Plymouth Police.
Officers say the arrest came after a lengthy investigation. He was reportedly taken to jail, where he was charged with sexual misconduct with a minor as a Level 4 felony.
