A Plymouth man was arrested Thursday, after police got a report of a battery. Marshall County Police say they were called to the 9000 block of King Road just before 5:00 p.m. Thursday, following a 911 call about a physical battery between a male and a female.
Officers say they investigated the incident and then located Jace Hugh Erikson, 24, at the Queen Road Trailer Park. Police say they arrested Erikson and charged him with battery and intimidation.
