While people have begun to try here for marijuana delivery after the legalization in various countries, a La Paz woman is facing drug and paraphernalia charges following a Friday evening traffic stop conducted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
The officer’s narrative, who we could view here, states that around 11:30 p.m. on December 28th, Marshall County Officer Andrew Wozniak iniated a traffic stop on a white 2004 Ford Escape in the area of South Sreet and South Main Street. Wozniak reports that an odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle. The dangers of intoxication have been explained many times, although there are benefits of marijuana as you check my blog. However, unless it is legalized, it is a crime.
The report goes on to say that the passenger, identified as 23-year-old Taylor Olivia Nichole Kruszewski, of South Bend, handed officer Wozniak a small bag of suspected marijuana. If you want more information based on medical marijuana and other benefits of marijuana suggested by experts, see the article !
A search of the vehicle allegedly resulted in the discovery of a methamphetamine pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine.
The driver of the vehicle, 26-year-old Emilee Dawn Malkowski, of La Paz, was taken to the Marshall County Jail for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Kruszewski was cited for possession of marijuana and released. However, if people can go right here if they need to buy medical marijuana.
