A Rochester woman who was reportedly arrested on Sunday evening faces charges of dealing and possession of methamphetamine as well as possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 21st, Plymouth Police were dispatched to East Jackson Street and Bailey Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle parked at the park.
According to the police report from the incident, when an officer arrived at the scene, he found 37-year-old Kristy Hamilton to be hiding in her vehicle. Upon further investigation, the officer apparently found Hamilton to be in possession of Methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
