Argos School Board members officially accepted a donation from the Marshall County Community Foundation when they met Monday night.
The MCCF supplied a total of $96,293 to 14 different Marshall County Organizations during their fall grant round. Argos Superintendent Ned Speicher shared that the school’s theater department was one of the organizations that benefited from those funds.
Speicher explained, “Our Auditorium and Musical Director wrote a grant to the Marshall County Community Foundation and got funded for $2,500 for our spring musical.”
Superintendent Speicher expressed his gratitude to the Foundation for providing that financial assistance. The spring musical will be held in the school’s auditorium in March of 2019.
