Members of the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet tonight at 6 p.m. where they’ll consider a no parking request for the south side of Garro Street near Liberty Street.
They’ll also hear a request on behalf of the Latino Festival as well as a request from Carl Stockberger. City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present a collection agreement from the Eagle Accounts Group.
Board members will continue to address Comcast’s work in the city’s right of way and they’ll affirm the bid award for the 2018 street and sidewalk projects.
Immediately following the board of works meeting, the common council will hold a pre-adoption public hearing over the 2019 budget.
City council members will go on to consider an ordinance for appropriations and tax rates for 2019. They’ll also go over a resolution that will confirm support for the Marshall County Crossroads Stellar Initiative as well as the city’s permanent supportive housing development.
Both meetings will be held in the Fire Department’s meeting room located at 111 N. Center Street.
