Plymouth High School will serve as the west vote center in Plymouth for the November General Election.
As previously reported, school officials approached the Marshall County Election Board with the recommendation to utilize PHS as a vote center in an attempt to increase the number of student voters during elections.
When Election Board members met Tuesday morning, they approved and signed the ordinance which amends the vote center plan to reflect that change, according to County Clerk Debbie VanDeMark.
VanDeMark added that amended vote center plan will now be sent to the Indiana Election Division for their approval.
