Triton School Board members provided approval for a few different matters when they met Monday evening.
Superintendent Jeremy Riffle shared that school board members were tasked with awarding the bids for the school corporation’s cafeteria contracts for next year.
Riffle said there are three different categories when it comes to the contracts. There is the prime food contract as well as one for bread and one for milk. According to Riffle, the prime contract bid was awarded to HPS, the bread bid went to Aunt Millie’s and members decided to go with Prairie Farms Dairy for milk.
Additionally, members considered a field trip request for the art club. With the board’s approval, members of the Triton Art Club are permitted to travel to Greece in the summer of 2020.
