If you’re unfamiliar with the town of Bourbon and its unique history and available opportunities, you can now learn more thanks to a promotional video that the community recently unveiled.
According to a press release from Marshall County Economic Development Corporation, this recent video is one of many that the Big Idea Company has produced for Marshall County communities.
In 2015, the company created a video that helped the area win $42 million in funding through the Regional Cities Initiative.
Big Idea also recently produced a promotional video for the Town of Argos, as well as two videos for the Town of Culver which helped them secure the Stellar Community designation. Additionally, they are making a video for the county as a part of its new marketing campaign.
Town Council President Les McFarland stated that Bourbon is a great place to live and do business. He said he believes the video will help people outside of the community see what makes Bourbon special and why it would be a nice place to call home.
MCEDC representatives state that with a population of over 1,600 residents, Bourbon has the family-friendly environment of a small town with the business-friendly practices you’d expect from a larger community.
