On Thursday, January 11th, Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer reported locating 35-year-old Maribel Alvarado, of Plymouth, operating a vehicle on Oak Drive.
Officer Gilmer said that Alvarado had an active warrant for her arrest in Marshall County for failure to appear on an intimidation charge. An attempt was made to stop the vehicle but Alvarado reportedly proceeded to drive to her residence on Hillcrest.
Officer Gilmer’s narrative states that Alvarado was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for the warrant and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, a Level 6 Felony. She was given a bond of $3,000 on the resisting charge and was assigned to appear in Superior Court on February 13th.
