Three in Custody, Following Report of Theft and Forgery at Plymouth Pallet Company

Three Plymouth residents are accused of theft and forgery at a local business. The owner of Plymouth Pallet Company reported the theft and forgery of several business checks between October 20 and November 9.

Plymouth Police say they investigated the matter, and then issued arrest warrants last week. Bradley E. Watkins and Peggy A. Watkins, both 45, were reportedly located in the parking lot in front of Shoe Show Monday, and taken to the Marshall County Jail. A third suspect, Kelly J. Cowger Jr., 34, was already in jail when the warrant was issued.
